What does Ampledge do?
We build AI chatbots, voice agents and automations, set up private AI, and build custom apps and integrations for Australian organisations. We also look after the cloud systems underneath.
Where should we start with AI?
Usually with an AI audit or a small pilot, like one chatbot or one automated workflow. You see what works before committing to anything bigger.
Will an AI chatbot make things up?
We design assistants to answer only from content you've approved and to say when they don't know. We test before launch and keep reviewing answers afterwards.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We set things up so it isn't. We use providers and settings that don't train on your data, and can run AI privately, in Australia, where you need it.
Do you lock us into a contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. If we're not earning our keep, you're free to go.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
Usually not. We connect AI and automation to the systems you already run.
