Most of what we build now has AI at its core, and it goes to real organisations. So it has to be accurate, private and useful on a busy day. We use AI in our own work every day too, and a person still owns everything that ships.
Retrieval over an organisation's own content, with sources shown and an honest "I don't know" when the answer isn't there.
Not every job needs a chatbot. For routing, triage and scoring we use decision models, which return a typed answer with a probability attached instead of free text.
Calls answered, bookings taken and conversations summarised on Amazon Connect and Twilio, with a clean transfer to a person.
Personal details kept away from public models, and private models hosted in Australia where a client needs them.
Details pulled from forms, invoices and emails into the right system, with a person checking anything uncertain.
Test sets built from real questions, and answers reviewed once it's live, so quality doesn't quietly drift.
