Maximum prices now come from the NDIS pricing schedule. KindEra keeps your price list in settings, so updating it is quick when prices change.

The new NDIS Commission Portal
Worker screening and reportable incidents now go through the new portal. KindEra tracks the deadlines and keeps the details together, ready to enter.

Claims due within 90 days
Providers will have 90 days to claim, down from two years. KindEra raises invoices from the shifts that happened, so supports don't sit unclaimed.

Who is KindEra for?
NDIS providers of all sizes, from small teams to organisations running supported independent living homes.
Will KindEra submit claims to the NDIA for me?
Not directly. KindEra prepares bulk claim files from the supports you've delivered, ready for you to upload to the NDIA's provider portal.
Is there an app for support workers?
Yes. Support workers will see their shifts, check in and out, write notes and record medication and incidents from their phone, even without signal.
